Do you offer payment plans?

Sure do, once you have paid your booking fee your balance can be split into 12 fortnightly payments, we require 2/3 of package balance paid before the delivery of the images

What do I need to bring?

During your visual brand strategy session, we will go over all ideas for styling your shoot, so you will know what clothing, accessories and props you need to pack! PLUS we send along support videos to help you be best prepared also!

Do you travel?

Why yes! I have a full photography and video studio in Mooloolaba on the Sunny Coast, but am regularly on the road. Please check out dates for major cities by CLICKING HERE

Do you do video?

Yes we do. We offer video services such as straight to camera, single camera in the studio (for education, courses vlogging etc) and also do intro and advertorial videos on location to help tell your personal brand story. This is only available on full day shoots, as there is simply not enough time in a half day to do both.

Can I add extra people?

Yes you can to any of our lifestyle session, if they are in or part of your business. Additional ladies requiring makeup will be charged at $100. If you want to share a shoot with someone whose business is aligned with yours, please CONTACT THE STUDIO to discuss your options and get a quote. Headshot sessions are for one person only, if you want to discuss team headshot photography, we recommend the mini branding collection or please email us for a quote.

How many images do I get?

The number of images included is dictated by the collection you choose. In the case of the studio & headshots, you can definitely add more images, but in the case of the lifestyle packages, no need, we include all the best images from your shoot in these collections.

What happens after the photoshoot?

This is where we get to work, carefully going through the collection 3-4 times to make sure we pick the very best ones to show you, we then make sure they look their best in photoshop before uploading them to a private portal for you. This process takes 2-3 weeks from the date of your shoot (we know you will be BUSTING to see them!)

What happens if it rains?

If we have planned to go outdoors and the weather sucks, we will make the call at least the day before to reschedule or go ahead. I do not want you to get drenched after all that makeup and hair! 

Can I have a makeup artist for the whole day?

The makeup artist is included for the duration of the lifestyle photoshoots for one person. Additional women requiring makeup are charged at $100 pp.

I am not sure I want professional hair or makeup?

Ladies, I HIGHLY recommend this, it is such a nice part of the experience and makes all the difference - I promise. However if you really want to take this out, we will deduct $100 and 1 hour of time off the collection (of course this is the same for the men also)

We take a non-refundable booking fee in advance, and are happy to reschedule shoots if we have 48 hours notice locally, interstate we require 1 weeks notice.

What is your cancellation policy?

As I assemble a team of professionals including stylists, makeup artists, admin and editors, we do not offer refunds, sorry. 

Can I get a refund?

Yes yes and yes, I simply love talking all things marketing, and to select clients we offer extra services such as social media planning, course creation and website design. Feel free to book a strategy session with me to discuss your options.
