Do you have any morning rituals? Throughout my 20’s I hammered myself in the gym or in spin every morning, then in my 30’s I was more about the yoga and pilates.
But I never really had morning routines that were actually kind to myself, more of the self-torturing kind, and even though the final outcome was positive – it just didn’t feel nice in the process.
And as I am sliding into my 40’s I am realising that I really want to be kinder to myself in my thoughts and actions, and have been kind of trying to adopt gentler morning practises to kick start my days!
So I was kind of hooked when I was speaking to Tania Usher about her newest business My Daily Chai (ahem she already has the award winning Blue Ginger Picnics) as this whole business came from her own love for chai and her very own blend that she uses in her morning routine.
Now I didn’t really know much about chai, I am an english breakfast girl, but I was so impressed by Tania’s passion to help women over 40 boost their immunity, balance hormones and also enjoy more energy that I had to do a little more research.
This is a phenomenal product cause as I discovered, so many chai teas have caffeine, and not only is it caffeine free but also sweetener free and vegan friendly too!
I really loved creating with Tania, she has such a clear understanding of her client that she knew exactly what she wanted to create and came super prepared, so we created a huge collection of images that will help her to connect with audience and help more women improve their overall well-being.
To me that is a win win, not only could I serve Tania as a client, but in turn I am also helping to serve hers too!
