This retreat is designed to give you behind the scenes access to my whole photoshoot approach, including all our simple lighting set-ups, my team and of course me and my hands on approach to helping you! Plus you will personally be photographed by me, with 20 edited images of your choice, and receive a collection of RAW's captured by your peers + key video & short video portraits, all this at a really reduced rate than trying to recreate this experience solo.

Day 1. Arrive after 4pm, welcome drinks & dinner
Day 2. Makeup & Hair Early, then guided photo & video shoot with Paula & team capturing you also pairing up to capture each other. We will then head to the beach for sunset pics!
Day 3. Makeup & Hair Early, then hands-on shoot workshop with models. Start at property then we will head out for beautiful on location shoot with models. Solo shoots will take place throughout this day also.
Day 4. Makeup & Hair Early, then on location shoot at cafe and streets with Paula & team capturing you also pairing up to capture each other, celebration lunch then checkout by 4pm

Day 1 - This is really focussing on walking through the venue to start planning your shoot opportunities and mapping out where you will want to shoot, all guided by moi
Day 2 - Watch how quickly I work to create variety and natural looking light to create dynamic range quickly. Learn lighting, posing - using verbal, non-verbal and physical touch Then I turn it over to you to capture her as and get feedback. Learn how to take the same principles outside and apply to a beach sunset setting.
Day 3 - Put into practise all the lighting and posing with models at both the property and out in gorgeous Bali nature, with me and my team on hand to help you trouble shoot and change your perspective
Day 4 - Navigate working on location in busy streets and hotspots to create street style and lifestyle imagery at bustling locations

Of course, we actually recommend this is a great experience if you have a partner or team member you would like to bring along.
As places are limited and to ensure a fair and equal experience for all included, all parties must pay the full price to join these experiences.
However, if you are life partners, and happy to share a room, please make a time to chat with Paula to see if this is something we can accomodate and come up with a fair option.

On the shoot days, my videographer will be recording all the behind the scenes, with specific direction to make sure you are isolated - so there will be video of just you doing your thing behind the scenes. We will also invite you to do some recording straight to the camera also, you can be assured there will be enough footage to compile a 90 sec BTS to showcase the experience of working with you.
We also supply all the B-Roll in short portrait videos, so you can use them in your site + socials!

We will be placing the models in certain sections of the property, so you will get solo time with each. You will be able to play and create and the video will be wandering to catch you in action at the same time also.
We will repeat this in numerous locations across the property to create the kinds of images you will need for your folio and then take the ladies on location also. These ladies will be "normal" body types & all ages

On day 3 we will be inviting you to have a solo shoot, each scheduled ahead of time. Before this you and I will have a chance to sit down and go through your wardrobe and isolate the kinds of images you would like to create together.
On day 2 & 4 we will pair you up to capture images of each other at specific locations. The goal of this day is to capture and be captured. Learn from both sides!

Q. What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we will work with you for the best possible outcome.
If you need to cancel due to imposed travel restrictions, we will of course refund all monies paid, or try and reschedule to another date when travel restrictions ease.
Cancellations 60 days prior to retreat, entitled to full refund less costs incurred.
If you cancel 30 days before retreat, you will be entitled to 50% refund of your booking fee, unless we can rebook spot, in which case you will receive full refund less costs incurred.
If you cancel within 14 days of retreat start date, you will forfeit monies paid, unless we can rebook spot, in which case you will receive full refund less costs incurred.

All images captured by us are available for download using private online gallery within 3 weeks of the retreat & edited video will be supplied online at the same time.
We also provide images in a social media ready suite and as a custom App for your smartphone too (so many ways to view and share YOU!)
We will gather all RAW's captured by the other photographers and send you a link to a private dropbox file containing all the RAW's of you within a week, ready for you to edit how you like!
