I love how us women always travel in twos. There is definitely strength in numbers. And with most of the offers I put out there, I always make them for two people, as I know how we women like to have company and support.

And let’s face it, shared experiences are lots of fun as I recently wrote about a few blogs ago.

But having said that, I am always super impressed and inspired by women who come along to their shoot experience on their own. Really doing it just for them!

I think it really is incredibly brave.

It was a pleasure to welcome Rita into the studio – to push her right out of her comfort zone, without the comfort of having someone she knows well by her side.

Just trusting myself and Katie, knowing that we had her and would take good care of her.

She did this, just for herself, a celebration of self – how wonderful!

It was exhilarating to witness Rita, totally let go and share her unique and gorgeous charm with me and my lens.

I get pure joy when I look at you in these photos.
