The True Lyn Shines Bright

You know it’s going to be a good viewing session when you get this email in the morning…

“So excited about seeing the photos tonight.

Have to tell you now though that man have things changed for me since doing the photo shoot. The true me is shining bright and like it’s never shone before… so thank you.

A crazy thing that’s been happening is random strangers are giving me random compliments about random things… crazy… my theory is I’m aglow with finding “Me” in your photo shoot and letting “Me” stay out there for others to see and more importantly for “Me” to enjoy and revel in.

Such exciting times ahead… can’t thank you enough… can’t’ wait to see the photos and go back into that moment and relive it… over and over and over.”

Go back 3 years earlier… I met this beautiful soul, and we instantly connected. I knew I would photograph her, when the time was right.

Fast forward 3 years, and you guessed it, Lyn was ready to get in touch with that special part of her that she always knew was there, she just needed a little encouragement.

This viewing session was incredibly emotional. For Lyn, and for me too.

Watching Lyn’s tears of joy as she kept repeating “that is me, that is the real me” as the images we created rolled on the screen.

In a month that had been really challenging (to be honest I was feeling a little lost and questioning myself) this was a major a-ha moment.

A big push that this is why I keep doing what I am creating. To keep trying to reach more Lyn’s to show them what I see in them.

Thank you Lyn for giving me the shift I needed too!
