Lisa came bounding into my studio SO full of enthusiasm and excitement about her shoot, I just knew we were going to be friends.

Once I got to know her and her beautiful daughters I could tell this experience was a long time in the making for her.

Not just a chance to capture this time in her life for her relationship with her girls, but also more of a personal triumph.

You see, Lisa has had a complete transformation. Not of her body (although that has played a part) but more of her mindset.

This powerhouse woman is out to challenge herself – mind and body – to do things that she never would have conceived possible.

Shedding lots of weight and strengthening her body (by way of F45 challenge) she is now stronger than ever she told me and ready to push herself to her limits.

I can’t wait to see what this lady accomplishes, watch this space.

Oh and just quietly, how gorgeous are all these girls, what a fun day for Katie and me playing dresses with these beauties!
