I have a big habit of falling in love with my clients so much that I end up being their client too! I think it is because I really get to know them and understand how passionate they are about serving their clients.

 

And so when I recently bought an investment property, I went straight to my gorgeous VIP client, Cass Connolly of Your Mortgage Coach.

 

Now if you are in small business, you know it can be tricky when it comes to getting any kind of loan. Add single parent, pandemic year and a bunch of other tax entity stuff in the mix, put quite frankly my loan story was a little challenging!

 

But when dealing with Cass and her team, it was an absolute pleasure, and nothing was a problem. Even meeting me half way down the freeway at a petrol station when I was on the way to a shoot to make sure my paperwork got signed and filed on time was not out of the question!

 

My story aside, I know Cass has helped so many cases like mine get into their homes or investments, as she is not afraid of a little old fashioned hard work to get the job done.

 

Her website states they provide customer service that helps you sleep at night, giving you the latest information and industry knowledge, coupled with my expertise and experience.

 

And I have to say so much more (even a beautiful bottle of Moet surrounded by yummy goodness arrived at my door afterwards – now that is what I call service!)
