Everyone has been coping with this pandemic differently, it has been very emotional and turbulent. I think everyone is coping the best they can.

But I can’t help but be super impressed by business owners like Dr Denise Furness who used the downtime to totally recreate their businesses and brands.

From the first moment I chatted with this powerhouse lady I knew we would just hit it off. She enthusiastically speaks a mile a minute about helping her clients (like me) and all she wants to do is help as many people as she can lead better quality lives.

How? She specialises in nutritional genomics and epigenetics (yup had to copy and paste that from her gorgeous new website) which is basically personalised health because she knows there is no one size fits all when it comes to diet and lifestyle.

Despite what all the mags and internet ads that keep popping up on my phone are telling me!

Going to be honest, I don’t know how Denise has crammed all her years of study, expertise, education as well as managing a marriage and having two kiddies also. But she, like so many women I meet, is just driven to help as many women as she can, and she manages to make it look so gorgeous & effortless at the same time! (She actually practises what she teaches and has overcome her own health battles too)
