I love meeting people who see things from a totally different perspective. Being a creative sometimes it is hard to see outside your own little universe.

And that is where Loretta Pierce from Uberorganised steps in. Loretta is a connector for Creatives to get big things done.

You see her skill is in being able to take ridiculously complex things and work out a plan to unpick them, create solutions and get creative people to understand and then support them to get things into action.

Loretta’s vision is that she wants to help creatives who are sometimes not great on the organizational part of getting big projects into action, connect with the right kind of support to bring their vision to life in a sustainable and successful way.

She shared with me her secret sauce is as an integrator – engineering high performing teams that enjoy doing the hard work they do. 

As a creative I was totally enamored by her company vision, as I know I would love a Loretta in my corner alot to help me get out of my own way and in to bigger action (other creatives out there feeling me??)
