There are actually not many words I can use to describe sharing space with Myra Medhurst, there is just more of a feeling that you get when you are in her company

With a beautiful partner walking alongside her, Myra has had a wide range of extraordinary experiences.

And now they have channelled all their experience and wisdom into bringing their dream to life in their boutique healing studio – Sanatana House.

First created for their own meditation and yoga practice soon visitors and the community fell in love with the energy which I know in a huge part due to the love you feel when you are in Myra & Ben’s aura.

They now offer workshops and bespoke 24hour self-care packages to nourish stressed out Mummas, the overwhelmed, the tired corporate and just the down right disenchanted.

And watch this space, not for me to share but these two are busy creating to help everyone they touch find their Golden Path.
