Personal Branding – Melina Dee – Makeup Events

It is always super special to me when I get to help the people I love to market themselves so they can build the business and life they dream of.

And I love getting to watch my peers grow and push themselves in their businesses.

This has been a two way street with the very talented Melina Dee – makeup artist and now educator.

Mel has watched me since nearly the very beginning build and expand my brand, working alongside of me to create many of the looks in my photos.

And has also become a very valued friend.

So I was honoured when she approached me to create the images to represent her latest venture which she is totally passionate about, Makeup Events.

Melina has a goal, to help all women – but particularly those 40+, to feel more confident by understanding how to look their best with tailored advice and simple tips to help women look and feel their best.

In her intimate masterclasses she uses her vast knowledge and also her personable humour to make women feel super relaxed and comfortable whilst helping to debunk a lot of the common myths around makeup application, makeup and brush kits and personalises this to each women in her class.

I learnt so much just photographing Mel in her craft.
