As the boom in the property market soared – so too did the competition with real agents to get listings. And one of the things I heard the most was despite it being a hot market, everything was moving so quickly that getting new stock was a challenge.

And so many real estate agents have reached out to us to help them to rebrand their existing realtor profiles and help them stand out and get a little more personality into their marketing so potential sellers can get to know them and connect on a more intimate level.

And connect is exactly what I did with Trudy Weaver from LJ Hooker Yarrabilba. Because of her down to Earth nature and incredible work ethic, Trudy reached an incredible milestone selling 50 properties in Yarrabilba in 12 months! That number is just insane and really is a testament to how much her clients see and value her commitment to excellence.
