Portrait – My Fav Shoot of 2018

I used to get a photoshoot done of me and my daughter every year or two, obviously because I LOVE images & I love looking back at that snapshot in time. But also so I could get what it feels like to be on the other side of the camera.

But I got a bit slack, business has been busy and as she got older I seemed to just capture her, typical mum move, take ALL the photos but not BE in them!

Coupled with this, my mum has been asking me to do a photoshoot in my studio with the 3 of us since she moved to the Sunny coast 3 years ago!

YES it has taken me that long to get this one together.

But when my Aunty was visiting from Ireland it seemed like the perfect opportunity, so I got my friends Megan Gill & Katie Lawrence to make me get on the other side of the camera to capture my favourite photo shoot for 2018 – starring my family!

Unfortunately my darling brother Ryan who has cerebral palsy couldn’t make it up the stairs to my studio (and quite frankly he wouldn’t be impressed waiting for us to do hair and makeup anyhow) so we did a detour to mums after to get him in on the action!
