Brianna is the kind of young lady that you can just tell has come from such a lovely upbringing.

After a challenging year for her mum Penny, she booked in a photoshoot for them both to share together.

And when I talked to Brianna before the shoot, I was so touched that this beautiful teen, just finishing school, had decided to take it upon herself to book this experience as a surprise as she knew how much it would mean to her mum.

And after spending time with them both I can see her caring nature has come from such a loving family.

My heart is full of joy when I think about how much this time will mean to them when they not only look back in 12 months but in so many years more to come!
