Last year Susan was the lucky winner of a giveaway we did! And after a lot of tossing about who else should benefit from her win, she decided to treat herself to a solo experience.

I see this a lot, where women have to bring along others to justify doing something for themselves that they really deep down would like to be doing solo.

Now don’t get me wrong. I LOVE doing things with my girlfriends, my mum and of course with my daughter.

But I have to say that we see the biggest shifts and transformations in women who put themselves first (just for once)!

Loved this transformation – and Susan was so delightfully honest when we chatted, unfortunately when she got really deep (yes there were lots of tears) my camera had timed out and stopped recording (typical!)
